2. What areas do you service? We offer our Packing and Loading Service anywhere in the Treasure Coast of Florida, which includes Port St Lucie, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Palm City, Hutchinson Island, Port Salerno, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Fort Pierce, White City, Okeechobee, and Indiantown. 3. Does Treasure Coast Cartage also have an Unloading service? We also offer our Unloading Service anywhere in the Treasure Coast of Florida, which includes Port St Lucie, Jensen Beach, Stuart, Palm City, Hutchinson Island, Port Salerno, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Fort Pierce, White City, Okeechobee, and Indiantown. If we did not pack and load the truck at its departure location then we cannot be held responsible for any damage done prior to unloading. Sometimes this damage isn't realized until the item is being unloaded, so we require that you have an authorized person present to oversee the unloading of each item of concern, and we will also bring to your attention any damage we notice. Rest assured that we take great pride in our work and do our best to make sure no damage occurs. After all, we want to be the company you think of when you or anyone you know needs our services. 4. How soon do I need to book? We'll take all last minute reservations but to guarantee a day and time the more notice the better. 5. Do you work on weekends and/or holidays? Yes, we work on weekends and holidays. 6. Will you show up on time? Yes. We take pride in our punctuality. 7. My belongings obviously mean a lot to me. How can I trust you with them? Our crew chiefs have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the moving business. We're also licensed and insured. 8. What else does your service include? Hand carts, dollies, tools, padded protection devices for the front door jam and other high risk areas during a move, as well as some packing materials are part of the service. Moving blankets need to be rented if we are only packing the move.(For example: If we load a truck somewhere in the Treasure Coast, and the move is out of state and we're not unloading the truck, you'll need to supply the moving blankets.) 9. Are there any additional fees? No. You pay a FLAT FEE for up to 2 hours, and if the task takes longer, you pay a FLAT RATE per hour thereafter. (pro rated for each half hour). |
